Complete Site Redesign Improves Usability and Brand Image for Luxury Travel & Events Service

This high-end travel and events concierge service had built an outstanding reputation for themselves, but lacked an impressive online presence to match. We worked closely with them to turn their clients’ needs into a highly usable website with a sophisticated, minimalist design to complement their brand.

The existing site was missing its potential; under-used and lacking direction. The client asked us to help them define exactly how the site would be used by their clients, and to create a site that fulfilled those needs, taking the user on a clear, appealing customer journey with the ultimate aim of increasing conversion rates. The old website, which was cluttered and disjointed, needed a complete design overhaul to engage with the top end of the travel and events market.

We used a variety of UX solutions – including user personas, research, information architecture design, site maps and wireframes – to build a site designed uniquely for its users. Through a series of in-depth meetings with the clients and consultation with other experts in their industry, we built a brief that would meet both the brand requirements of the client and the usability needs of their customers. The result was a beautiful, image-driven site with a modern, sophisticated feel, engaging content and persuasive microcopy, taking users on a clear journey to make conversions.
